What we care about
Ms. Nichols is an avid environmentalist who partnered in founding a 501 C3 non-
profit organization in the U.S., The Natural Step, working in collaboration with a
Swedish firm of the same name. She has also lead ongoing learning forums with
chief sustainability officers of NYC-based Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
An area of her active work is with the UU Urban Ministry, a 280 year old social
justice ministry dedicated to bridging the divides of race, class and ethnic groups
through outreach programs. An additional passion has been working with youth
through a complex year-long coming of age process that addresses comparative
religion, social action and relationship building.
Ms. Nichols holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado (French)
and a Master's degree from Harvard University (Consulting and Counseling
Psychology)
